2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservation

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2 Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due upon check-in. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the check-in date will incur a 50% charge of the total booking cost.

• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the check-in date will be charged the full booking cost.

3.2 No-Show

Guests who do not arrive without prior notification will be charged the full booking cost.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

4.1 Check-In

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4.2 Check-Out

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1 Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the property, staff, and other guests. Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

5.2 Safety

Guests must comply with all safety regulations and instructions provided by the hotel.

6. Liability

Mountain Lodge is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. We recommend that guests take out appropriate travel insurance.

7. Privacy

8. Amendments to Terms

Mountain Lodge reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
